organised by the village. Despite the effects of the pandemic, summer 2020 was a strong season for Les Gets with occupancy rates climbing to 80%.

“In winter, under a blanket of snow, La Ferme des Pistes will appear like a small hamlet of nested chalets. The dimensions of the traditional mountain chalet was the source inspiration and our common thread in the design of this set. Tradition, interior space, openings to the outside and use of materials from the region, La Ferme des Pistes was designed with respect for Alpine constructions and with a concern for authenticity”.

Understated and elegant Alpine architecture

The architecture of the building will respect the codes and customs of Alpine construction by using a traditional wooden frame and local stone. The style and pitch of the facades and roofs punctuate the architecture.

Discover living spaces that are both authentic and minimalist in an intimate residential complex. Rising over just three floors, this collection of 20 apartments and two chalets, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, benefits from optimised floor plans. On the top floors, magnificent penthouses feature double-height ceilings and spacious terraces which seamlessly blend into the living spaces and bathe the interiors in light.
